I begin by saying that the Mayan Palace Acapulco Resort was absolutely beautiful. The room, the grounds, the lobby and all other areas at the Hotel were very clean and well kept. We loved the spa, the gym, the pool, the water park as well as all of what the Mondo has to offer. In addition, the staff was wonderful, always friendly, helpful and courteous.
