In addition, they do laundry, take care of maintenance problems and, if you are celebrating a wedding or special occasion, help with decoration.

Concierge: A solution to your requests.

It isn’t unusual to find at any given time two or three guests seeking information in the Concierge area of Mayan Palace Resorts. They’re usually seeking noteworthy places to visit, or a way to safeguard their children while they enjoy a romantic evening. We make sure that each guest receives a positive, efficient and courteous response.

The concierge´s job is to offer information and advice regarding activities both inside and outside the resort so our guests can focus on their main goal: enjoying their vacation. Their task is to assist you with every detail –no matter how complex –from following through on lost luggage to helping rearrange travel plans. If you’re accompanied by a handicapped person or someone of limited capabilities, for example, they can help to facilitate your stay. Whether you need an interpreter or simple advice regarding paperwork, Mayan Palace Resorts is committed to attending your needs.

The Concierge is always ready, in fact, to help with any unforeseen events, such as a mariachi band to regale a companion at lunch or dinner, or perhaps a couple of witnesses if your guests decide to tie the knot before a judge.
